In a day and time like this, many individuals are looking towards leadership to provide encouragement, empowerment, and guidance in times of uncertainty. However, there is a great deal of pressure that leaders take on and many individuals fail to realize the following truths: 1.) Leaders are HUMAN. 2.) Leaders, too, need to be ENCOURAGED. 3.) Leaders need the PUSH and the HELP to navigate themselves, their families, and various organizational spaces in the right direction. So, the question remains: WHO ENCOURAGES THE ENCOURAGER?
The Emergence Enterprises, launched in 2021, was born out of a need to provide Leaders of Faith the space to self-discover, self-identify, heal, grow, mature, and EMERGE. As a Faith-Based company, our focus is on making sure that leaders put God as their top priority in order to serve better, strategize with precision, and execute with excellence.
Emerging leaders are not just leaders who are new to the leadership game—-an emerging leader is a leader who realizes that every day is another opportunity to learn something new that will allow them to be more effective and efficient in their God-given calling. Leaders of Faith, whether in ministry, Corporate America, Nonprofits, or in Entrepreneurship, are in need of services, tools, and resources to
elevate their way of thinking and doing.
We, The Emergence Enterprises, have the bandwidth and capacity to take on this awesome task of building leaders who desire to make a great impact in the lives of others.
